A conversation that occurred yesterday between Sam and my mom:
Sam: (out of left field) "You know, God lives in your heart and you can talk to Him any time you want."
Mama: "That's right! You can talk to Him any time."
Sam: "Yeah. And you can ask Him for stuff."
Mama: "Well, what do you ask Him for?"
Sam: "The other night before I went to sleep I asked Him for candy and presents."
Me: "God isn't like Santa Claus, Sam!"
